Our Mission
Our goal at Braveheart Dachshunds is to breed healthy, beautiful miniature Dachshunds with outstanding temperaments. Whether you are looking for a show dog, a companion or a sport prospect, our Dachshunds fit the bill.

Rook was obtained from Bonnie Gold of BenBon Dachshunds.
​
Rook is a very spirited and correct Dachshund and to say that we adore him is an understatement.
​
He is an AKC Champion and an International Champion and is currently training in barn hunt.
​
We are very happy with how Rook has produced for us and for friends who have used him. His daughter Lizzo is a Grand Champion, his son, Coup is a Champion and Specialty BOV winner, his daughter Sunshine is just 6 months old and has several 4-6 month puppy group ones and will hit the rings in January 2025.

Rook is available at stud to approved bitches.

Just like Rook, our Reba comes from Bonnie Gold of BenBon Dachshunds.

We are so grateful to have Reba as our foundation bitch for our breeding program.
Reba's temperament is second to none. She is an amazing dog on every level. Reba finished her Grand Championship and is a wonderful dog and structurally correct.

Lizzo is our first bred-by miniature champion out of our first Rook x Reba litter. Lizzo finished easily, with most of her points from the puppy class and with three majors at under a year old.

We are absolutely thrilled with this young girl. She is a Grand Champion and we are excited to breed her.

Lizzo is co-owned with our dear friend Michelle Wolff.

International Champion Shonleh Desert Sky at Braveheart MS

Sunshine is our newest show prospect. A collaboration with Shonleh Kennel, Sunshine is out of our male Rook and her Spider.

We are very excited about this young girl. Sunshine did very well in BPUP picking up several Group Ones. She is major pointed and we are excited for her future.

We have high hopes for her! Look for her in the ring in 2025!

Wolfgang is out of our Lizzo and our first litter that had wirehair puppies. He has so many wonderful qualities that we couldn't let him go.

Wolfie has a sweet and confident personality, great bone, movement and structure. We are excited to watch him grow up.

Watashi Noodle is Wolfgang's littermate. We were so happy with this litter we couldn't help but hold on to both of these puppies.

We feel that Watashi is really something special and we can't wait to get her into the ring. We love her structure, movement, correct coat and sweet temperament.
